Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to: UK, Europe and USA. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 7 business days. Delivery times:
- UK: Monday to Friday [Parcelforce 1-2 days]
- International: [Parcelforce estimate up to 10 days]
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are included in the price.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please allow the full delivery window. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to help—contact us as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong address—what should I do?
Get in touch immediately. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and secure payment providers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed securely via Squarespace.
Returns & Refunds
Return policy?
You have a "cooling off" period of 14 days after purchase, provided the item(s) are in their original condition. You have an additional 14 days to make the return (28 days in total). Postage and packaging are the responsibility of the sender. You are strongly adivsed to use the specialist packaging in which the item was delivered. A refund will then be made provided the work has been packaged correctly.
How do I return an item?
Contact us with your order number and reason for the return and we’ll guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
